SAP Test Analyst (SuccessFactors)

• Required skillset is in SuccessFactors<\/b> but highly desirable to have UKG Workforce Management<\/b> Pro skills.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Demonstrable experience in functional, regression and integration testing<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Demonstrable experience in end -to -end testing across core SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll modules<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Experience in creating test plans/strategies, test cases and defect lifecycle control<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for test management and reporting<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Understanding of testing practices within agile environments.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Experience working in an operational, agile software development team<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Desired: Familiarity and/or experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Desired: Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated test cases in Microsoft Playwright, Tricentis Tosca or other relevant test automation tools<\/span>

Prior experience in insurance domain<\/b> (claims, policy, billing systems) is a plus.
