About the role
As a Business Analyst / ICT Consultant at Legal Aid NSW, you’ll play a key role in improving how we deliver legal services through smarter systems and technology. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs, analyse current systems, and help shape practical, fit-for-purpose ICT solutions that support our strategic goals.

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how technology can support and improve business outcomes. With a background in ICT or a related field, you bring experience in analysing business needs, services and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. You’re confident working across teams, translating complex information into clear solutions, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. Your ability to manage challenges, communicate effectively and deliver results makes you a valuable contributor to meaningful change.
